There are still some users not able to send or receive email. So far, in all cases, it appears to be a caching issue on the user's computer or a wireless DSL modem. If you are encountering any such issues starting now, First reboot your computer and power cycle a DSL modem if you are using one. Dial-in modems do not cache so they are un-affected. I don't know about cable modems but they might cache also. If that doesn't resolve the issue then you need to contact ops with the specific dates/times that you tried and what exact error responses you received.
